From the main menu select the "Credits Movie." While the movie is playing enter one of the three following codes.
Level select:
Press X, Z and Y at the same time.
Invincibility:
Press X, Z and R at the same time.
All upgrades:
Press X, Y and L at the same time.
Every 10,000 points scored will unlock a cheat:
