Cheat mode:
Pause game play. Then, hold L and press C-Left(2), C-Right(2), B, A, C-Up(2), C-Down(2), Start.
Classic Asteroids, credits and relentless mode:
Hold L and press C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, C-Down, A, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, Start at the main menu.
Hidden ships:
Hold R and press C-Left, C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, B, C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, Start at the main menu.
Classic Asteroids game:
Shoot the new, strange green object in Zone 1, Level 15 to unlock an selection to play the original game on the main menu. Note: Save the game configuration so it does not have to be unlocked again.
Relentless mode:
Successfully complete the game under normal mode to unlock relentless mode. In this mode, the asteroids will keep appearing. Note: Save the game configuration so it does not have to be unlocked again.
Hint: Black hole warning:
When small, white objects begin swirling around the eye of the black hole and become larger and in greater numbers, leave.
Hint: Solar flare attack:
In Zone 3, Sun, stay away from the top left corner of the screen as much as possible. That is where the deadly solar flares always attack from.
Hint: Queen Worm:
The Queen comes out of the purple crater and cannot be destroyed.
Hint: Easy levels in multi-player mode:
If you and a partner team up, the best way to pass the levels is to get on top of your partner so you can cover all around you, and use your shield to protect both ships.
