Type uspa87419 to see a member of the development team skydive.

$1 million:
Start a new city and type fund when game play begins. Accept the 25% bond that is offered. Type fund again, and take the second 25% bond. Use the budget window and take out a loan bond. The interest on the bond should be ".%". Accept the bond and return to the budget window. Pay off both 25% bonds. The remaining bond will yield at least $1 million each year.

$250 (version 1.0, 1.1):
Type cash, then build and bulldoze a structure. Note: A fire will result if this code is enabled too frequently.

Hint: Shoot down helicopters:
Place the centering tool over a helicopter when it appears and click. Note: This will result in a fire unless disasters are disabled.

Hint: Unlimited water:
Clear a 3 by 3 square location and place a single water pump in the center square. Run power lines to the pump. Do not place any further items on those squares.

Hint: Remove trees:
Select the tree icon, then hold [Shift] while clicking on the city.

Hint: Superhero:
Select a fire, then a flood, from the "Disasters" window. A small pink flying man with blond hair, a mask, and a cape will extinguish the fire.

Hint: Space launch:
Accumulate a large amount of money and keep adding Launch Arcos to the map. Keep filling the map with them until see them launch into space. A message stating that you will be compensated for the Launch Arcos will be displayed. Note: This can be done in v1.1 of the game.

Hint: Baseless military:
Enable the "Receive a military base" code, then zone over it. You now have a military for disasters, but no missile silos.

Hint: Get Sims to walk:
Sims will not walk more than three squares for commercial, residential, or industrial zonings. You can get around this by building small two-tile roads every six tiles in your larger zones. You do not, however, need to do this for arcologies, police/fire stations, airports, seaports, water pumps, power plants, etc.

Hint: Unusual statue:
Build a lake with a marina in it. Make sure there is a two-tile extension of the lake. When a boat enters the farthest tile, bulldoze the entrance. The boat is now basically a permanent statue until you bulldoze the water under it.

Hint: Maximum prison security:
Build prisons on islands. Block their only access to the mainland by a police station. A separate power and water supply for the prison is also recommended.
